"Is AI taking our jobs?"

We hear about artificial intelligence everywhere - but what does it actually mean for our work? Will AI replace us or rather relieve us?

I spoke about this at the "Digital Business Trends - South Tyrol" event. My thesis: AI doesn't take jobs away from us, it gives us new opportunities. It takes care of routine tasks so that we can concentrate on what really defines us: creativity, empathy and innovation.

Digitalization has changed professions before - and yet there is more work today than ever before. So why should we be afraid? The exciting question is not whether AI will take over our jobs, but how we use it sensibly.
