On the trail of digitalization at the addSUCCESS IT event in Carinthia
Technology meets practiceMore than 200 IT enthusiasts gathered at the addSUCCESS IT event in Klagenfurt to shed light on the latest trends in digital transformation. Organized by addIT, a subsidiary of Atos, the conference offered in-depth insights into topics such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and IoT. Experts from addIT, Atos and partner companies such as Check Point, Cisco and SAP provided practical answers to key digitalization questions.

Innovations with added value
Keynote speaker Christoph Holz impressed the audience with an entertaining presentation that encouraged digital transformation and showed how companies can benefit from new technologies. The presentation by Roman Prinz (Check Point) on IT security and the reality check on blockchain by Martin Deutschmann (addIT) were particularly well received. Gerhard Zeiner (SAP Austria) explained how digital business models can generate added value. The program was rounded off by Stefan Unterhuber (Atos) and Hans Greiner (Cisco), who presented practical strategies for digital transformation.
Knowledge transfer and networking
Dieter Jandl, Managing Director of addIT, emphasized the importance of the event as a platform for orientation in the fast-moving IT world: "Innovation cycles are getting shorter and shorter. Companies need reliable information and clear strategies. Once again, addSUCCESS has proven to be the ideal framework for the exchange and transfer of knowledge."
An event with tradition and a future
The eleventh edition of addSUCCESS was also a premiere for the expanded addIT team. By outsourcing the IT of HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG to addIT, not only new technologies but also twelve additional IT experts have been integrated into the company. Andreas Mederer (HETA) praised the cooperation as a forward-looking step towards securing IT operations.
Johann Martin Schachner, Country Manager of Atos, added: "With their expertise and versatility, the new colleagues enrich our company considerably. addSUCCESS provided the perfect setting to look to the future as a newly formed team."
